  • We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge; same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

Payment Policy:

  • One off walks require payment in full before the service.

  • Weekly / Monthly payment terms available for ongoing clients.
